1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 356jl platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These terms apply to all users of the 356jl platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the site without an account, and any person accessing the platform through a mobile browser or any other device. • You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

356jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of services on 356jl, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by the platform. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 356jl. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact 356jl support immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 356jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 356jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify 356jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

356jl is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC process initiated by 356jl, including providing government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 356jl account must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 356jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 356jl aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for e-wallet channels such as GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

356jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed;
• There is a pending investigation into suspected fraudulent activity on the account;
• The account has an active bonus with wagering requirements that have not yet been met;
• The withdrawal request is flagged by our automated risk management system;
• Applicable regulatory requirements mandate a hold period.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on 356jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 356jl does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

356jl may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account;
• 356jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of system errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension;
• In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the 356jl platform – including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting markets – operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics that have been independently audited for fairness. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are published and available to players upon request.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game round, 356jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. No claim shall arise from a malfunction that results in a displayed win that cannot be verified by the platform's server logs. The platform's server records shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on 356jl. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 356jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to exploit the platform or other players;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 356jl staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 356jl platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 356jl or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to 356jl.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 356jl platform without the prior written consent of 356jl. Unauthorized use of 356jl's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 356jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction or communication failure;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 356jl's reasonable control;
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the platform;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

356jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 356jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

356jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on 356jl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

356jl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL encryption for all data transmissions and secure storage of account credentials. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and 356jl cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

356jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining in the account after deduction of any amounts owed to 356jl (including forfeited bonuses) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. 356jl will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where such suspension was warranted by the player's conduct.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 356jl support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

356jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 356jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 356jl informally by contacting our support team. 356jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.
